TRAINING
Mindsurf is committed to providing customers with comprehensive technical, product usage and classroom integration training for all of its products. Each initial sale of Discourse requires the purchase of a two-day training session, featuring an introductory course on the use and integration of Discourse into the classroom instructional environment. If schools have purchased Compaq iPaqs for use with Discourse, use of these devices in included in the training program as well. An additional module of training is added if schools purchase EdVISION's Assessment ConnectionTM. Additional advanced training and professional development can be purchased from Mindsurf as well.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Mindsurf provides its customers with a toll-free number and email address for solving all technical problems. Mindsurf's Helpdesk will work through basic trouble-shooting procedures to solve technical problems.
